Payment terms for services are defined in the service agreement or proposal. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
XtecGlobal agrees to treat all client data, documentation, and communication as confidential. Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or internal information shared during the course of the engagement.
XtecGlobal provides services on an “as is” basis. Clients are responsible for testing and reviewing project outcomes before deployment.
In no event shall XtecGlobal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services directly related to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement upon written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding balances remain due and any non-public materials or software must be returned or deleted unless otherwise agreed.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where XtecGlobal is registered and operates, specifically under the laws of India and/or Australia, depending on the office responsible for the engagement.
XtecGlobal reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
