Product Manager

About the Role 

• Join a cross-functional team to lead the Final Review CRM product. 

• Work with designers, developers (PHP, React, Frontend), freelancers, and stakeholders. 

• Goal: Help users easily understand, adopt, and benefit from product features. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Convert real-world problems into actionable tasks. 

• Create clear specs, use cases, wireframes, and mockups. 

• Maintain and update a weekly product roadmap. 

• Collaborate to remove blockers and align teams. 

• Oversee full product lifecycle – concept to post-launch. 

• Optionally contribute to design, marketing, or operations. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or platform development 

• Hands-on experience in CRM product development – Required 

• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, user roles, and business logic 

• Proven track record of leading and improving CRM platforms with impactful features 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 

• Comfortable working with diverse and remote teams 

• Open to feedback and quick to adapt 

Preferred Skills 

• Competitor research & applying insights. 

• Writing user stories and defining success metrics. 

• Managing multi-functional tasks and deadlines. 

• Familiar with UX principles and analytics tools.
